33 Zinfandel Rose, Discovery Beach-USA After the Zinfandel grapes are harvested, a "cap and drain" method is udes with allows the wine to be in contact with the skins for 6 hours before pressing. This gives the wine a darker colour as well as extracting a greater amount of fruit flovours which is evident in the ripe watermoleon, strawberry and cherry that is experienced on the palate. This wine has a balance of floral character, sweetness and crips acidity. 19.95
