Wild mushroom tartlet, balsamic roasted shallots, bacon, & black pudding salad, creamy garlic dressing

Hot smoked salmon and crab pate, homemade bilinis, pickled cucumber and lemon, dressed leaves

Red wine poached pear, Yorkshire blue cheese, salted pine nuts, with a sticky cranberry dressing


Duck breast, crispy skin, cooked pinkish, potato pancakes with caramelised apples, thyme & cider sauce

Pan fried Lamb Loin, herb & parmesan crusted, cauliflower puree, minted sugar snap peas, redcurrant gravy & creamy dauphinoise potatoes

Sea bass fillets, oven baked, buttery crushed new potatoes, griddled asparagus with creamy lobster sauce

Four cheese Spaghetti squash, roasted squash stuffed with mozzarella, parmesan, fontina and provolone cheese, topped with fresh parsely, served with saute potatoes & a roasted red pepper sauce

Beef fillet, cooked to your liking, thyme roasted flat mushroom, red wine & balsamic sauce, fondant potato and buttered green beans

Game pie, partridge, pheasant, venison & pigeon in a rich sauce, topped with short crust pastry, served with creamy mash potato
