French onion Soup, rich soup of caramelised onions, white wine & thyme, served with  crusty crouton with melted gruyere cheese                 

Black sheep Yorkshire rarebit, blacksheep ale, mixed with mature cheddar, mustard, Worchestershire sauce & a little cayenne, melted onto oil brushed ciabatta, topped with caramelised onion & crispy bacon, balsamic glaze &

dressed leaves            

 

Salad of apple, caramelised pecans, brie, spiced cranberry, honey dressing

​Smoked mackerel pate, flavoured with lemon, horseradish & chive, served with home made sour dough, pickled cucumber & dressed leaves

Finest Turkey crown, tender roasted turkey crown, goose fat roasties,

seasonal veg, pig in blanket, sausage meat stuffing balls,

bread & cranberry sauce finished with rich turkey gravy

Confit duck leg, slow cooked with garlic & thyme, then oven roast, crispy skin, plum & brandy sauce, cream mash, wilted greens   

  

Vegetarian pot pie, lentils, carrots, onions, leeks & celery, a little garlic, thyme & bay, creamy mash top & melted mature cheddar              

Slow cooked blade of beef, red wine gravy, creamy mash potato, honey roast parsnip & carrot, buttery greens
