Warm Salad of winter apple, squash & Panzanella, mixed leaves, cranberries and a honey & brandy dressing

Smoked salmon, flavoured lightly with dill, chives & lemon dressing, served with mixed leaves toasted sour dough, pickled lemon,

Hot crab pot, creamy cheesy crab, baked in the oven with a parmesan crust top, served with dressed salad, and oil brushed crostini

Chicken liver pate, apricot & cranberry chutney, toasted brioche, mixed dressed leaves

Mains

Turkey & all the trimmings, goose fat roast potatoes, pig in blanket, cranberry sauce, rich turkey gravy, buttered veg

Blade of beef, slow cooked in ale, served with mash potato, mushroom duxell, braised leeks & crispy shoestring onions

Oven roasted salmon fillet, sauté potatoes, wilted spinach, orange & rosemary sauce

Mushroom nut roast, chestnut & wild mushrooms bake din a loaf with cashew nuts, garlic, thyme and a little oregano, served with mash potato, rich veggie gravy and buttery vegetables

Confit Duck leg, slow cooked & tender duck, crispy skin, roasted & spiced plum & fig sauce, duck fat roast potatoes, wilted greens

Game pie, venison, pheasant, partridge & grouse, in a rich gravy sauce, short pastry lid, and creamy mash potatoes, pickled red cabbage

 

Desserts

Winter sponge pudding, a lighter style Christmas pudding, served with rum sauce

Gingerbread cheese cake pot, stem ginger, lemon sauce, gingerbread base

Winter Eton mess, cranberries, dark chocolate chunks, whipped cream, broken meringue, orange   and Grand marnier sauce
